“I first worked with Brian about two years ago. I am a board member of the National Association of Children’s Behavioral Health and we had recently hired a management firm to handle all of our support functions- finances, conference planning, etc. Brian was facilitating a strategic planning session with the board and the new firm. As the Executive Director of the Food Industry Association Executives (FIAE), he served as keynote speaker at the annual meeting, and received rave reviews. When I took over management of the Council of State Retail Associations (CSRA) in January, 2019, I immediately called on Brian to conduct a much-needed Strategic Plan. The look of the promotions and solicitation materials is innovative and professional. He created the catchy NAVIGATE theme/logo. His team has totally revamped a tired CSRA website into one that is engaging and navigable. He has generated ideas for speakers/content as well as new ideas for continuation of the programming that acknowledges the time constraints and “zoom” fatigue our members are experiencing.
Of note, every time Brian participates on a CSRA Board or NAVIGATE meeting, the members are excited and challenged by his ideas and thinking. He has certainly won over the leadership and staff, and is an important addition to the CSRA team. He truly wants our association to succeed.””
