Our Story

Riggs Enterprise is an organizational development firm with expertise in strategy and leadership development, brand and communications, and administrative and technical assistance. We help for-profit and nonprofit entities develop and execute their purpose within an ever-changing environment.

Our company was born out of a belief that connected communities and professionally networked organizations require more than just management. Meet Our Team

 
 

Brian Riggs, Chief Executive Officer

Brian first joined the nonprofit community in 1997, where he served as research historian for the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. In 2007 he was hired by Association Headquarters, Inc., an association management company, where he began designing and executing strategic planning, vision sessions, and appreciative inquiry sessions for foundations, professional societies and associations.

Today, Brian is the Co-Founder of Riggs Enterprise Corporation, a full-service association management and consulting firm focused on assisting individuals, teams and organizations design their futures through intentional strategy, research and innovation.

In addition to working with professional societies, foundations and associations, Brian has also served as a volunteer leader for many organizations including the Association Management Company Institute (task force chair, board member), the ASAE Research Committee (committee member), the ASAE Annual Conference Design and Review Committee (committee member), and the Coalition Against Childhood Cancer (committee member). 

 
 

 

Jennifer Riggs, Chief Operating Officer

After earning her Bachelors degree in business and marketing, she spent the bulk of her career in the healthcare field where she worked directly with doctors, patients and key stakeholders. In 2015, Jennifer became the administrator for the Graduate Women in Science and now successfully manages the Journal for Patient Experience, oversees the operations for the American Association for the History of Nursing and the New Jersey Air Conditioning Contractors Association.

Jennifer is the COO and CFO of Riggs Enterprise Corp and is dedicated to ensuring our clients receive the service they require to move their vision forward.

 
 

 

Lisa Held, Director of Member Services

With an undergraduate degree from Millersville University and her Master’s degree from Villanova University, Lisa is well-positioned to oversee member services for our clients. In addition to managing our clients' websites, Lisa is also in charge of member engagement and membership growth.

 

 

Parker Weisman, Organizational Associate

With a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and experience teaching in diverse public schools, Parker enjoys being immersed in different cultures and meticulously planning to achieve our clients’ goals. Parker has an exceptional attention to detail that ensures every aspect of event coordination and overall operations is polished. He crafts compelling and modern communications that serve to inform and engage the communities we serve.
