Bookkeeper / Administrative Associate

What you'll do:

  • Provide basic bookkeeping support and administrative assistance, including ongoing support for the COO, working within Quickbooks; maintaining calendars and files;

  • Schedule meetings, webinars, and conference calls, and organize and distribute agenda material for client boards, volunteer committees and team members.

  • With the support of the COO, prepare monthly and quarterly financial summaries.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation across multiple teams and clients.

  • With guidance, coordinates administrative and logistical details of meeting arrangements, including transportation, hotel rooming lists, food selections, and expense reports.

  • Assist with the implementation of special projects and support assigned functions at the RSNA Annual Meeting.

What you'll need:

  • 2 years' accounting / bookkeeping and administrative experience

  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-directed, and have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Programs

  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Monday.com (teachable) or other online project management software

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with staff and highly-educated volunteers

  • Flexibility and willingness to accept change

  • Highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills

 

Starting Salary: Commensurate with Experience
