Bookkeeper / Administrative Associate

What you'll do:
Provide basic bookkeeping support and administrative assistance, including ongoing support for the COO, working within Quickbooks; maintaining calendars and files;
Schedule meetings, webinars, and conference calls, and organize and distribute agenda material for client boards, volunteer committees and team members.
With the support of the COO, prepare monthly and quarterly financial summaries.
Maintain accurate records and documentation across multiple teams and clients.
With guidance, coordinates administrative and logistical details of meeting arrangements, including transportation, hotel rooming lists, food selections, and expense reports.
Assist with the implementation of special projects and support assigned functions at the RSNA Annual Meeting.
What you'll need:
2 years' accounting / bookkeeping and administrative experience
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-directed, and have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Quickbooks, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Programs
Proficiency in Google Docs and Monday.com (teachable) or other online project management software
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to work with staff and highly-educated volunteers
Flexibility and willingness to accept change
Highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Starting Salary: Commensurate with Experience
